RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY
ZAY RETURN POLICY
PRODUCT RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. USER MUST HAVE PURCHASE RECEIPT, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once your return has been received, a credit will be issued for the product returned (less any applicable return shipping charges. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your credit to be processed. All credits will be issued to the retailer unless other arrangements have been made.
Requirements for all Zay product returns:
- Packed in the original Zay packaging
- Include a copy of your purchase order or purchase receipt
- Include all product and loose components (Hang tags, Spoilers)
- Be unused / in new condition
- All PRO orders sales are FINAL
Please note that credits for product received outside of the 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW, loose components, or product returned in noticeably used condition will be issued at Zay’s discretion.
RETURN PROCESS
To process your return over the phone, please call Customer Service at 303-684-9599, from 7am-5pm Mountain Time Zone, Monday-Friday.
Customer Service will issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Please have your RMA written on the outside of the box along with a copy of your purchase receipt inside the box and a reason for the return.
Remember, returns not accepted after 45 days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a manufacturer defect or order error. Sender must provide a prepaid return label for all returns. Click here to fill out the form (link to Zay online return form)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Expedited Orders (2nd & Next Day Deliveries)
If you choose 2nd or Next Day delivery for your order, Zay considers it as an expedited order. Zay will always strive to get your order to you in the fastest way possible. However, once an expedited order is placed and picked up by UPS, FedEx or DHL we are unable to cancel it.
Orders
If you place an order prior to 12:00 Mountain Time we will make every attempt to ship your order out the same day it was received, otherwise it will be shipped the following day. If you decide to cancel the order and we receive the cancellation by 2:00 pm Mountain Time, most likely we will be able to stop the shipment prior to leaving our facility. Need to change an order?
We understand that things change and sometimes you hit the “Checkout” button a little too soon. Unfortunately, we’re not being able to change the contents of an order once it’s placed. Please give us a call at 303-684-9599 to see if we can cancel the order for you.

Zay Product Registration & Warranty
Once you purchased a pair of Zay ski boots the registration process began. Finish registering your Zay products below to activate your Limited Lifetime Warranty. Doing so will ensure your purchase information is stored in our database and is easy to find should you have a warranty issue. Additionally, in the rare event that we discover an issue with your product, we can quickly contact you with a resolution. You may register up to five products at one time.
You warrant that this product will be used solely for personal, family and householder purposes and that it will not be used for business or commercial purposes.
At this time we can only service and support warranty registrations with a U.S. address.

Zay Limited Lifetime Warranty
This limited warranty covers Zay ski products and components manufactured by Zay Products, Inc. (“Zay”) for the benefit of the original retail purchaser (“original purchaser”) for the time periods specified below.
This warranty terminates when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
Subject to Zay’s inspection of the product, Zay will remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at Zay’s option, the defective product without charge for parts or labor, subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty.
Zay may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product, in which case Zay will issue to the original purchaser, at Zay’s option, either a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product, or a credit to be used toward the purchase of new Zay Product.
This warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to: scratches, dents, tears, or aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use), commercial use, accidents, or modifications or repairs not performed by one of Zay’s retailers or authorized by Zay. In addition, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond Zay’s control including, but not limited to, theft, misuse, overheating of shell or alterations.
If a product is believed to be defective, the original purchaser should contact the Zay retailer from whom it purchased the product, who will give the original purchaser instructions on how to proceed. If the original purchaser is unable to contact the Zay retailer or the retailer is not able to remedy the defect, the original purchaser should contact Zay by e-mail at: [email protected], or call customer service at 303-684-9599 for additional instructions.
Upon contacting Zay directly, a Zay customer service/technician will provide the original purchaser with appropriate instructions for returning the product to Zay. The original purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Zay.
In order to receive any remedy under this warranty (either from a Zay retailer or from Zay directly), proof of purchase in the form of an original purchase invoice or receipt is strictly required. This limited warranty applies to all products sold at retail on or after December 2021.

Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability:
Repair or replacement of a defective product, or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by Zay), is the original purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage or injury to the original purchaser, to his or her body, or property, and/or to any other person or property is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other express warranties, whether oral or written.
Zay’s sole liability is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will Zay be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages of any kind or nature (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost sales). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Manufacturing Defects typically show up on newer products or early in the product’s lifespan. Each situation is different, and it is up to the discretion of Zay to determine if a product has a manufacturing defect or if it is suffering wear and tear.
In the case that a product does have a manufacturing defect, Zay may choose to repair, instead of replacing the item. If a product is repairable, Zay will provide instructions to the original purchaser on how to proceed.
